- Once we have received your photo by e-mail or post you will receive a proof of the design via email within five days (if you do not have an email address the proof will be sent by post)*
- As this is a bespoke service payments are non-refundable, however designs will not be sent to print until poof of design has been accepted by the customer.All claims for damages should be made within one day on receipt of goods.
- Please allow up to 21 days from the date your photo has been uploaded for your canvas to arrive.
- Deliveries can arrive at anytime between 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange the delivery to your work address. If you are not in your courier will leave a card with further information on how to collect your art. If your picture has not arrived between 7-10 days from when your design has been finalised please call 07880 726354.
- The copyright on all artwork remains the property of Jane Gillett. No reproductions in any form or by any means may be made without permission in writing from the artist. In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be ordered, which will prevent any further use or distribution of the image until a final court hearing.
- All hard copies of photos will be returned. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any photos lost in the post.*
- We cannot guarantee that the final colour of your artwork will match your chosen colour as individual monitor settings can vary.
- Portrait work will begin once payment has been made in full (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear).
- Payment will be accepted by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Jane Gillett. No postdated cheques will be accepted.
- Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request from yourselves.
- By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order.
- By using this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this site.
- Descriptions of goods and services included in the Milo Art site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them.
