1) Choose your design
From our gallery, make a note of your chosen style, size and code if applicable.
2) Send your order to the artist
Fill out the order form and submit online or post to us directly. As soon as we have received your order we will send you an email confirming the full details of your order.
3) Send us your photo(s) to us by email or post
Once we have received your order form request you will be sent a confirmation email containing your price and how to send your photo. This will be based on your chosen style, for example, if you would like a portrait in the three tone style we would advise a good contrasting light or colour in the photo.
As soon as we have received your photo we will confirm to you within 24 hours that your chosen style will work with your picture and offer you further options if necessary on the rare occasion that it won't.
4) Let the artist begin!
As soon as your payment has been received you will be sent proofs of the design within 5 days, which can be discussed and altered to suit your needs. Once you are happy with the final image your design will be printed within 10-12 days.
5) Finished
Your portrait will be carefully hand packed and sent to you by courier. Please note that deliveries can arrive at anytime between 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange delivery to an alternative address such as your work address.
